Each ear cushion (sku #CU-DO) is held onto the headphone or headset by a flap around the back of the ear cushion which fits over a lip around the edge of its ambient noise-reducing earcup. To remove the ear cushion, simply grasp the cushion and pull it away from the headphone.

To install a new cushion, pull the flap on the ear cushion over the lip of the earcup. The easiest way to do this is to start at the top of the earcup (closest to the headband). The top half of the ear cushion will slide right over the lip. Then starting on the sides, grasp the ear cushion and pull downward and outward until the flap goes over the lip. Continue working toward the bottom of the headphone.
