Califone Engaging with Interactive Content

One solution to both captivating and retaining the attention of your students in class can be presenting them with an interactive platform for learning.

Students can learn in several different ways whether it’s on their own or with a group of their peers and using online software coupled with tech gear can definitely do its part to keep them fully engaged. Content that you and your students create through the Adobe® Captivate software can draw them in and pique their interest in crafting imaginative assignments. This software allows you to create course material like presentations, demonstrations, quizzes and other interactive type of projects that can be quickly and easily accessible to your students, including those in distance learning programs.

These types of educational presentations can involve content such as using still and motion images captured using the DC596 Diggiditto™ document camera to engage the students. The DC596 as well as the AV2 device are both tech tools that are able to record videos to be later imported in projects that support AVI and MPEG formats. Customized multimedia presentations can have a great impact in both traditional and virtual learning environments and can be shared with other students and fellow colleagues via Skype for a wholly interactive and engaged experience.
