Califone Extended 10 and 12 Pack Sets Allow for Interactive Classroom and Library Uses
Califone International, Inc., announces the extension of its popular Deluxe Stereo line of headsets and Multimedia Stereo lines of headphones and headsets. Ideal for use in today’s classrooms, computer labs and libraries, these product lines are now available in either 10- or 12-pack bundles, making it easier to provide every student with the safe and productive listening experience needed to optimize learning.
The 10-pack Deluxe Stereo Headsets come USB-equipped, allowing for faster access to download audio files and stream multimedia, which helps increase student productivity. Featuring a flexible, electret mic with built-in wind screen and noise-reducing earcups, the Deluxe Stereo Headset helps students focus on recordings and ignore external noises, providing an optimal language learning environment. Each headset is equipped with an attached 7-foot cord utilizing reinforced connections to prevent accidental removal, and rugged ABS plastic headstraps and earcups to minimize wear and tear from multiple users.

In addition, the 10-pack of headsets and 12-pack Multimedia Stereo headphones are outfitted with lightweight, fully adjustable headbands designed to fit all students. Formatted for Windows and Mac compatibility, both products have convenient plug-and-play functionality, and come with in-line volume to enforce safe hearing practices in the classroom as recommended by audiologists. The headsets also have mute controls for the microphone. A sturdy, secure storage case and replaceable leatherette ear cushions are included with each unit to ensure longevity.
“Listening is a critical component of learning, but if you can’t hear clearly, you aren’t learning to the best of your ability. These new bundles allow educators to provide the entire classroom with high-quality audio lessons, engaging students through better listening environments to help increase their academic achievement,” said Tim Ridgway, VP of marketing, Califone.
