Top Factors to Keep in Mind When Choosing AV Equipment

Take Stock of What you Need: Figure out what kind of technology you'll need, like headphones, speakers, or smart boards, and how they'll help make learning and presentations better.

Compatibility: Make sure the AV equipment you pick works with all the existing equipment it is intended for. Check if it can connect to your computer, tablet, and other devices so everything can work together smoothly.

Gauging Your Space: It is important to think about the number of people needing to use the AV Equipment, and to consider whether you have the appropriate storage solution for the equipment, and/or the size of the room you will be using for a storage or presentation cart.
