COMMUNITY, AT ITS OPTION, WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE FURNITURE WITHIN THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENT, ALTERATION, OR MISUSE. GOODS OTHER THAN FURNITURE ARE SOLD BY COMMUNITY TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT WARRANTY.
